After more than 40 years at HANNO, Frank Bublitz, Sales Manager Industry, is retiring on 1 April 2022. Under the overall management of Markus Fehrmann, Sales Manager Construction for many years, the Laatzen-based insulation specialist is now merging the two departments.

In 1979, Frank Bublitz, who was 22 years old at the time, started his career as a sales representative at Hanno, and already in 1987 he took over the management of sales in the industry division. As an old hand in the industry, he played a decisive role in shaping and developing Hanno sales.

"In more than 40 years, a change of company was never an option for me - the exciting tasks and above all the good working atmosphere never made me reconsider," enthuses Bublitz - although it was not always easy: "During the economic crisis in 2008, we had to struggle with heavy losses in sales - but in the end we emerged stronger. Today, the Corona pandemic with sharply rising raw material prices is challenging," says Bublitz. Even though 43 years in a company do not simply let you go, he is looking forward to the new phase of his life: "Now I can pursue the activities for which there was little time after work. These include sports, gardening and expanding my Spanish skills."
